School of Motoring endeavours to provide a professional service at all
times. We hope that you value our time as much as we value yours. In the
rare event of a lesson needing to be cancelled, the following will
apply:
The Driving School’s
Responsibility
- Cancellations
due to severe weather conditions will result in the lesson being
rebooked at the earliest mutually agreeable time.
- Cancellations
made by the driving school for all other reasons before 9pm on the
evening before a lesson, will result in the lesson being rearranged at a
mutually agreeable time.
- Cancellations
made by the driving school after 9pm on the evening before a lesson,
will result in the lesson being rebooked at the earliest mutual
convenience. There will be no charge for the
lesson.
Your
Responsibility
- Cancellations
made by a driving school student before 9pm on the evening before a
lesson, will result in the lesson being rearranged at a mutually
agreeable time.
- Cancellations
made by a driving school student after 9pm on the evening before a
lesson will result in you being charged for the cancelled lesson.
- All payments
should be made in advance by either cheque or cash. Failure to provide
payment may result in lessons being cancelled, and you may still be
charged.
